MTB the Dolomites is an experience to remember. Thanks to the new Bike Trail Carezza, the fascination for mountain biking in Val d’Ega/Eggental is now even the greater. The Bike Trail opened in early summer 2015 and prompt, it was named one of the MTB highlights in the Dolomites.
Starting point is the centre of the village Nova Levante/Welschnofen, only 200 metres from Hotel Central. Here you take the gondola lift to Frommer Alm. The day ticket for the cable car is 25.00 Euro. The ticket offers an unlimited number of rides, so you get to explore the trail the whole day long. At Frommer Alm you find the start of the exciting down-hill ride back to valley. The Flow Trail leads across the Nigra/Niger valley to the valley station of the gondola lift in Nova Levante/Welschnofen. Discover the breath-taking mountain scenery and the beauty of the Dolomites by MTB, while biking along rivers, across forests and meadows.
The Bike Trail Carezza is about 4.4 km long and the average gradient is 11%: ideal conditions for a flow trail.
